Test the performance of the ROHC library.
Mandatory parameters:

Print application usage and exit

Print version information and exit

−−verbose
Tell the application to be more verbose
−−wlsb−width NUM
The width of the WLSB window to use
−−max−contexts NUM
The maximum number of ROHC contexts to simultaneously use during the test
